• 🦀 Rust - containerization and observability within K8S. I’m interested in what “happy path” developer experience can look like here, and am extending DataDog/sdlc-gitops-sample-stack with a rust service to find out.
• 🖥️ Homelab - Upgrading to 25-gigabit internet (thanks Switzerland!) imposes new hardware requirements on my networking and routing infra. Speccing out a replacement for my aging ZFS NAS, with an eye to using the same machine (and proxmox?) to replace my also-aging Edgerouter 4. Michael Stapelberg serves as inspiration.
